I am deeply passionate about holistic health – mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and relational! My husband and I are partners in a health business called Yoli and we both are very actively engaged in spiritual health endeavors with our church. All of these threads regarding health culminate into my passion for people, which is why I love to see people dream, set goals, and help empower them to fulfill their goals.

I enjoy trail riding, teaching fitness classes, and love helping others become fit. I have 3 children, 9 grandkids and a wonderful husband of 30 years.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the PRC family...teaching Flow and Pump has been a blast and challenged me in fun, new ways! When I am not at the gym, I spend as much time as I can with my husband, Ben, and our kids, Cooper and Addison, who keep us quite busy! In my spare time (what spare time??) I enjoy reading, running, biking, and crocheting.

My heart beats in Latin rhythms and I love sharing my passion for international flavors! When I am not being mom taxi for 4 kiddos, you will find me motorcycling, enjoying martial arts, or tending to my perennial gardens with the tunes cranked : ). Super excited to be attending the Salsa Congress in Miami Beach with my hubby of 17 years!

I enjoy serving the members of PRC Health and Fitness in their fitness goals through group fitness. Motivation in fitness is the key to staying excited and energized throughout a workout. I love the process of the fitness journey! I love spending time with my husband, Shane, and our two children, Ella and Tyce. We like to play outside with our dogs, go for bike rides, and watch movies. A good book and a cup of coffee make my heart sing!

I love exercising and instructing BodyFlow with the PRC community. It helps me be able to enjoy the other parts of life including being a wife, mom to 3 kids, and an elementary Spanish teacher. I also enjoy outdoor fun like kayaking, hiking, camping and indoor fun like reading, and attempting to create things.

I love teaching cycling at PRC Health & Fitness. It is an amazing feeling to challenge yourself to give more than you think you are capable of giving and to push yourself just a little harder than you did last week. When I am not teaching cycling classes you will find me spending time with my wife and kids, or out on the road riding on my bike. Remember, cycling never gets easier, you just go faster!!

I've been a fitness instructor for 21 years and have loved meeting people all over the country, especially here in Pella. I have seen lives transform and friendships grow. I believe that eating well, moving more, and sleeping better are key factors in our well-being. When I'm not teaching, you'll find me at Pella Corporation working with our customer service team or enjoying time with my husband Seth and 3 very active boys (Jack, Ryan and Nate). When I have a moment to myself I love a good cup of coffee and a book...a nap is always nice too.

I enjoy teaching fitness classes (which I have been doing for more than 35 years), reading, hiking, and spending time with family. I enjoy being around people and also work at the Cottages where I provide activities for the residents. The best part of teaching classes is the support system that we created not only in class but in our personal lives with each other.

I am excited to be part of a great team of fitness instructors at PRC...getting to work out with and meet new people is a lot of fun! I have participated in athletics most of my life and just enjoy any opportunity to be active! In my spare time, I love hanging out with my family, my friends, and my husband (John), traveling to national parks, reading a good book, and watching sports (especially Iowa Hawkeye football and basketball!).
As a Body Pump instructor, I look forward to helping people reach their fitness goals!
